Sometimes it can be difficult to listen to what your heart is telling you. In the hectic world, we have to make it a priority to search our hearts and ask ourselves what would truly make us happy. Taking time for ourselves by exercising daily can give us a chance to reflect on what our heart is saying. Whether it's during a long walk/run/workout or afterwards, take time to consider what kind of life you want to live. Committing to be active is never a choice you'll regret.
